Health is Wealth -- for you and the community

Unreported is one of the biggest economic drains for communities across the country: the astronomical cost of "health care". Instead of venturing out for entertainment, travel, dining -- too folks are making payments on their hospital visits and mediciations. And/or Insurance. And with a complete lack of national direction on proper diet, for many getting up and even walking around is a challenge! (Do we need Wheelchair Dance Night?).

The most incredible myth is that getting older means getting slower. That's it's normal to need a walker, a cain -- to be tired and crashing out by sundown. Yet we have stories in the Bible of folks living hundreds of years (all organic diets). We have the story of the Almighty Jack Lalane who towed 70 boats, with 70 people across the English Channel... on his 70th birthday. Think of all the dance parties folks have missed. For what?

In the vast majority of cases, the root cause of needing to go a hospital, go to bed early, comes down to what you put in your engine, your body. Like how you can tell it's cheap gas with a fine-tuned engine -- you can NOW tell it's cheap food. Sure you can still get around with a little sputter, but OVER TIME... the problem builds up. In gas lines, in blood lines (arteries).

With every single bite of fresh, LIVING produce from your local Farmers Market you are fueling not just today, but for the rest of our life.

What becomes interesting is how many bites do you really even need, to thrive? Besides the challenge our bodies have even digesting the common diet -- all HYPER processed, chemically-derived -- unwittingly we are also falling from the simple law of diminishing returns: too much becomes too bad (for late night events -- get it?). -- To be continued --
